PMG's new utility vessel "PMG Emerald" has headed off from our marine base in Townsville to PNG towing our also new barge "PMG151". Onboard the barge is a 100T crawler crane and full piling spread. All the piles are waiting for us in Lae, and once we pick them up we will be off installing Navigation Aids all over the beautiful clear water coral reef areas around the top of PNG - Bougainville, New Ireland, East New Britain and West New Britain. We are working on this job with our JV Partner Australian Maritime Systems.
