Goodbye PMG1

Well a sad day has come - our 1st ever barge has been retired - and cut up for scrap.

PMG1 has been with us since the start and we've done some great jobs with her, but we've got a fleet of newer barges now and she has reached the end of useful life for us. She is being recycled for scrap steel and hopefully may come back to us as shackles or piles one day. We have completed all the Mission River Bridge diving projects over the years with this barge, as well as numerous salvages, cargo transport jobs, piling, wharf construction etc.

This is what happens to all our old redundant plant. Better watch out Jock :-)
