PMG has 2 new barges under construction at the moment.
PMG124 is a heavy duty construction barge 120ft x 40ft x 10ft with a 20T/m2 deck rating.
PMG151 is a heavy duty construction barge 150ft x 50ft x 10ft with a 20T/m2 deck rating.
We have incorporated many wish list items into these barges based on our previous builds:
- Heavy deck loadings (20T/m2)
- Recessed boarding ladders
- Underdeck hydraulic lines to run the anchor and door winches
- Bow grounding doubler plates
- PMG standard paint specs using International products
Steel and paint work is being completed to a high standard by the yard and we look forward to receiving the barges in Townsville by heavy lift ship during September 2018.
